Pricing & Plans

How much does ContentPulse cost?

Four monthly plans: Solo $49 · Pro $149 · Agency $599 · Enterprise $899+. Annual billing gives you two months free on every tier. The Aurora Agency Suite — ContentPulse Agency + ClientPulse Agency bundled — is $999/mo (vs $1,398 stacked).

Each tier raises the brand-voice profiles, monthly pieces, transcription minutes, and channels-per-piece you can use. The full matrix is on the pricing page.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription at any time. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period — no prorated clawbacks, no exit fees, no long-term contract.

Annual subscribers who cancel keep access through the paid year. We do not auto-renew cancelled subscriptions.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day refund window on first-time monthly subscriptions and a 30-day window on first-time annual subscriptions, no questions asked. The full policy — including the rules for repeat purchases, partial refunds, and edge cases — is on helloaurora.ai/refund.

Content & Quality

What file types can I upload?

Audio: mp3, wav, m4a, aac, flac, ogg, webm. Video: mp4, mov, webm, mkv. Plus blog URLs, raw text paste, YouTube links, and podcast RSS feeds.

Max file size is 500 MiB on Solo, 2 GiB on Pro, and 5 GiB on Agency. Per-file duration caps are 30 min (Solo), 3 hr (Pro), and unlimited on Agency.

Will the AI actually sound like me?

The Brand Voice Engine learns from your existing samples — paste 5+ pieces of your writing when you set up a voice profile and it builds a fingerprint of tone, vocabulary, sentence rhythm, and platform-specific patterns.

Every approval and edit you give in the review queue feeds back into the profile. Engagement signals from published posts (replies, shares, saves) also pull in via the engagement readers — so the engine learns what works on each channel for your audience, not a generic one.

Approval rates typically pass 80% after 10–15 repurposes. If a piece doesn’t land on the first try, the regenerate button costs nothing — pieces only count against your monthly cap when you accept them.

How does the Content Intelligence Engine turn one input into 19+ outputs?

CIE is a structured pipeline, not a single prompt. Your input is parsed into a Content Map of claims, examples, hooks, data points, and stories. From the map, CIE generates platform-specific pieces — short-form (X/LinkedIn/Threads), long-form (newsletters, blog summaries), visual (carousel scripts, quote graphics), and audio (podcast notes, video scripts).

Each output is voice-matched, channel-formatted (length, hook style, CTA shape), and quality-scored before it lands in your review queue. You approve, edit, or reject — the engine learns from every signal.

Transcription & Costs

Does transcription count against my repurpose limit?

No. Transcription has its own monthly minute meter, separate from pieces: 120 min/mo on Solo, 600 min/mo on Pro, and 3000 min/mo on Agency. Enterprise is unlimited.

Solo and Pro are hard-capped — you can’t go over. Agency keeps running with $0.50/min overage billed at month-end via Stripe metered billing, no surprise charges mid-month.

Transcription is powered by Deepgram Nova-3. We do not pass transcription cost through to you on Solo/Pro — it’s included in the plan price.

Privacy & Compliance

Where is my data stored, and is it used to train AI models?

All data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) on Supabase infrastructure. Audio/video files live in EU object storage; transcripts and generated pieces live in an EU Postgres database. Both are tenant-isolated via row-level security.

Your content is processed via the Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Google Gemini APIs under each provider’s commercial terms — which contractually prohibit using customer inputs to train their models. Your content trains your own brand voice profile only. It is never shared with other ContentPulse users, and never used to train any AI model.

Right-to-erasure (GDPR Art. 17) is one click in Settings → Account → Delete account. Full details in our Privacy Policy and DPA.

I’m in the EU — am I blocked from using ContentPulse?

No. ContentPulse is globally accessible. EU visitors see a non-blocking notice on the landing page about the EU AI Act (enforcement begins August 2, 2026) and can choose to opt into a launch waitlist or proceed with normal signup.

Aurora’s posture is global by default, exclude per regulator. Today only the EU-27 carries enforcement-eligible AI regulation that affects our product class (per our Apr 30 launch-jurisdiction scan covering UAE, Singapore, KSA, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel, Mexico, Brazil, and South Africa — all cleared as no-op for pre-launch).

See our Model Card for the full risk classification across EU AI Act Art. 50, the California AI Transparency Act, the Colorado AI Act, GDPR, and UK GDPR.

Are you charging real money today, or am I in test mode?

ContentPulse is currently in pre-launch. The pricing page shows real tiers, but Stripe is in test mode — no real card is charged.

We flip to live mode when our German UG entity registration (HRB) clears, expected mid-May 2026. Existing test-mode signups carry forward; you’ll be invited to re-confirm your tier on a live Stripe price before any charge is made.

When live mode is active, this banner disappears from /pricing.
