Land on the home page, click Sign in, enter your credentials, and arrive at the dashboard. This is the every-day entry path for the product.
Open the user menu in the top-right corner and click Sign out. The menu closes the moment you click so the sign-out feels instant.
A new account walks through all five onboarding steps so the product is shaped to their voice and platforms from day one. Each step prompts the next.
Hit "Skip for now" on the onboarding wizard to land directly on the Repurpose workspace. You can resume onboarding later from Settings.
Open the forgot-password screen from the sign-in page, enter your account email, and submit. ContentPulse emails you a reset link.
The upgrade page shows the four standard ContentPulse tiers side by side, plus a dedicated Aurora Suite card for customers who want CP and CP+ together.
Click "Upgrade to Suite" on the upgrade page. ContentPulse opens a Stripe checkout pre-filled for the cross-product Suite bundle.
Click "Upgrade to Pro" on the upgrade page. ContentPulse hands off to Stripe checkout with the Pro plan already selected.
Flip the Monthly/Annual switch on the upgrade page to recalculate prices. Annual billing applies the discount in real time.
Paste a blog URL on the Repurpose page and click Generate. ContentPulse fetches the post and lands the platform-specific drafts in your queue.
Open a draft in the Review Queue, tweak the copy, and save. The change persists across reloads so your edits are durable.
Click Approve on a draft. ContentPulse moves the piece from review into the publishing queue ready for the chosen platform.
Reject a draft and ContentPulse records the signal on the matching voice profile, so future generations drift closer to your style.
Multi-select three pieces in the Review Queue and approve them in one action. The fast path for agencies running batches of content.
Click a platform pill above the Review Queue to narrow the list. Helps you focus on one channel at a time when editing.
Use the voice-profile filter to surface only drafts written for a specific client or voice. Useful when juggling multiple clients.
Type a keyword into the search box to find drafts containing that phrase. Search runs across the body and metadata of every queued piece.
Open VoiceStudio from the sidebar, type a brief in plain English, and click Generate. VoiceStudio writes drafts in your voice on demand.
Edit the brief after the first pass and ask VoiceStudio to regenerate. Each pass tightens the output to what you actually wanted.
Use the voice-profile picker to force VoiceStudio to write in a specific saved voice. Lets you switch tone instantly between clients.
Pick a client from the context picker in VoiceStudio and the next generation is grounded in that client's details, audience, and recent posts.
Open Inbox from the sidebar to see every comment and reply across the platforms you publish to, ordered by signal.
Click a comment, tweak the suggested reply, and queue it for the platform. The reply leaves your account natively.
Resolve a comment to clear it from the Inbox so you focus on what still needs a response. Resolved threads stay searchable.
Tour the renamed Execute > Engagement Insights surface (formerly Engage). The page header and framing copy explain what's coming next: per-client signals on what's resonating across X, YouTube, and Apple Podcasts, with LinkedIn engagement logged via manual URL ingest.
On platforms ContentPulse cannot pull automatically (LinkedIn, Meta, Threads), agencies paste the public post URL plus the reaction and comment counts they can see. ContentPulse attributes that engagement to the piece in the queue so the voice loop keeps learning even when the platform has no API.
Pick an approved draft, target X, and publish. ContentPulse stubs the send for now while the platform connection is being finalised.
Send an approved draft to LinkedIn from the Publish flow. The LinkedIn preview shows exactly what your audience will see.
Choose Bluesky as the publish target and ContentPulse hands the post off to the Bluesky connection. The confirmation pings back in seconds.
Pick Ghost as the target to send a long-form draft to your Ghost blog directly from ContentPulse. The connection is currently stubbed for testing.
Target YouTube when publishing a video repurpose. Title, description, and tags flow through to the upload with the upload progress shown inline.
Open the new-voice form, paste a few sample posts, and ContentPulse extracts the patterns into a saved profile you can reuse.
Open a saved voice to see the patterns ContentPulse extracted — tone, cadence, and recurring phrases — so you trust what it is matching against.
Open a voice profile and adjust the rules, samples, or notes. ContentPulse recalculates the patterns without losing your existing history.
Open VoiceStudio, pick a client, and the activity strip shows how many engagement signals the voice has absorbed in the past 30 days, two metric chips with prev-period deltas, and a couple of recent winner snippets that fed the learning.
Open the Review Queue, expand any piece, and read the audit-trail line: who wrote it, as which client, using which voice profile version, plus the engagement events that taught the voice. Legacy pieces show a clear "before this shipped" hint.
Open Settings to find the Suite section, where ContentPulse confirms whether your account is on the Aurora Suite bundle alongside ClientPulse.
The platform-composition signal tallies your recent activity per platform so you can spot where to invest more or less reposting effort.
Open the Ask Aurora drawer from any page, type a plain-English question, and Aurora answers grounded in your account data.
Aurora chat can search across every piece of content in ContentPulse. Ask "find my LinkedIn post about X" and Aurora pulls the draft up.
Land on the home page, follow the hero into the workflow rail, and end at the pricing band. The path a prospect walks before signing up.
A second landing tailored for solo creators rather than agencies. Same product, framing optimised for one-person teams.
A landing explaining how teams can run ContentPulse in their own infrastructure. The path for buyers with strict data-residency needs.
Scroll through the public FAQ and expand individual items to read the answers without leaving the page.
